Gary received his first real estate license in 1975, Mary Ann in 1976. Gary currently holds a real estate broker's license. They have both been actively involved in south Orange County real estate since 1976. They have also taken hundreds of classroom hours of training beyond the state's minimum real estate licensing requirements in all aspects of real estate practice.
Gary and Mary Ann are both members of the Orange County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. They are active contributors to the real estate industry. Gary has served on a number of Association of Realtor committees, has taught the Realtor Code of Ethics to new Association members, and serves as panel chairman at arbitration and professional standards hearings.
Gary and Mary Ann are Realtors' Realtors. They have represented other agents in their personal real estate transactions, they have trained and supervised new real estate agents and have managed experienced agents. They have served hundreds of clients and have handled property ranging from small condominiums to large custom estates and investment properties.
Gary and Mary Ann share a business philosophy that is both conservative and intense. They believe in agressive marketing, making maximum use of all techniques and tools available. And they negotiate to achieve agreements which maximize benefits to their clients, while giving them the greatest possible degree of protection from downside risks. They are energetic in seeking successful transactions for their clients, but they will not initiate a real estate transaction unless the interests of their clients are well served.
